1 cup Taco TVP or 1/2 cup Taco TVP and 1/2 lb ground beef or ground pork

1 minced onion or 1/2 cup THRIVE dehydrated onions

2 cloves garlic

2-3 T. minced cilantro

Natalie's Notes:  Add anything to this!  I thought of a million easy ideas, like adding in THRIVE corn {rehydrated in prepared beef or chicken bouillon}, adding cooked THRIVE Black or Pinto Beans.  Adding some THRIVE Instant White Rice.  Throw in some chopped fresh tomatoes.  There is honestly so much you can do with this!

  • It makes no sense to use soy protein which is a meat replacement, and then cook it with poor dead animals. You are missing the entire point. Ground cows is barbaric and disgusting. The cow is also our mother and provides us with butter, milk, yogurt etc.....Let us not be ungreatful and unconscious.

  • THank you for posting this, but there is no need to contribute to killing a cow or chicken for stock. Just use the stems of different vegetables that you arent using, then boil it up to make a great vegetable stock. You should also mention if you are using TVP from organic soya beans . GMO soy products cause birth defects, and are created by the very evil Monsanto and Carghil corporations that tries to own everyones soil, and who destroys the lives of farmers.

  • This is a great way to spread out your meat budget. Adding a bit of TVP can really cut fat, add protein and fill out a dish.

  • shes cute!

  • Wow, I am VERY interested in this TVP. One thing that I get a little concerned about with my food storage is having enough protein. This would be a great way to add some protein to my storage.

  • Wow, it looks like the real deal.

  • It looks like it cooks really well.

  • Do you have any freeze dried meat? Is that even possible?

  • I love tacos!

  • This is a lot different than I thought it would be. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but this looks a lot better. And a lot more usable.
