Disgusting. Transients Killer Whales should be shot.
So-called 'control-hunting' of wolves takes place in Scandinavia. The same should be done to killer whales.

Great posting! Not a quick way to die for the poor minke whale. Reminded me of the footage from Planet Earth or Blue Planet of those orcas trying to drown a blue whale calf and then only eating the tongue!

very nice footage indeed!! and also the commentary and info, very informative without the dramatics etc. A sight perhaps not pleasing to the eye, but a fact of the orcas life and existence and that of those that share its realm. truly spectacular stuff with a hint of sorrow and sadness of course for the victim,in this case a minke whale.
Vidoes such as these really do demonstrate the need for humankind to get a better uderstanding of those that share this planet with us. amazing stuff .
