In jak 2,i think i'm the founder of this,because i don't see any Youtube vids about it,but i glitched oracle's house's doors somehow,not telling how because someone would do a vid of it straight away.......

This is easy to get just go up the elevator then use light flight and press XOXOXO to keep flying upwards and fly through the roof and down to the bottom of the elevator. you should come to haven city but there is no people or nothing. Then just jetboard around the building and go back to the elevator and you should get this glitch

Yea, that's what games are for anyways right? But I didn't play it straight for hours trying to look for them. We just find them as we do stuff around the game.
