I think he had distemper... hopefully he's been cured but the nervous system has already been permanently damaged, explaining why he's being like that, and not dying.

@andrichinc good points:) but have you ever considered that the person who recorded this didnt know he was suffering. Plus you dont know the whole story to what happened now do you? Im not trying to start a ridiculous arguement via youtube commenting just its best we know the whole story before we can judge-and call others immature.
