The big water wheel on the old Grist Mill at Keremenos, BC, Canada. A BC Heritage Site, it can only operate for demonstration purposes. Great to see it turning! "Grist" is any grain that has been cleaned and is ready for grinding into flour.
@zdanz25 This Mill was built in 1877 and was a technological marvel in it's day. It was a very successful, during a time of great change, for about 15 years. And, Yes, it still generates a lot of power today.
