well its because we give preference to the society over Islam.Islam gives women the right to marry a man according to her wishes her approval is a must.It gives her a right to take Khullah if the husband doesn't leave her or forces her in any way but sadly women can't take khullah because there is a lot of burden from the family as well as the society which is completely unfair then again she has the right to re marry which again the society snatches away

what she said did to herself. her case of divorce is in the court. but i totally agree abt the right of a woman in islam for divorce or "khulaah" (means she can go to court for divorce). and after divorce she can marry again with some one else.. some thingz we adopted from ancient hindu culture. here even in some places parents dont bother to ask a girl abt her marriage. but it is a must thing in islam.

@kmehreen GOD CREATED MEN AND WOMEN IN A PAIR AND DISLIKES THOSE WHO GO APART. AND MOREOVER THE BRIGHTER SIDE WAS THAT HOLY PROPHET KEPT MANY MARRIAGES BOUNTIFUL WITH HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP, LOVE AND HARMONY. I AGREE FOR FEW CASES WHEN THINGS GO TOTALLY WRONG AND ENDLESS BUT ADVISING PEOPLE HERE IS A FORM OF ENCOURAGEMENT TOWARDS DIVORCE. THAT'S WHAR I'VE BEEN TRYING TO MAKE YOU UNDERSTAND SIS!
