I've only just realised that Code Geass's KMF Cockpits were really unoriginal! They're essentially basic entry plugs!

Very nice review. Details and highlights aside, did you go over the red/white parts with an additional coat of paint/top coat or does it look that way out of the box? By that I mean the parts which are entirely red/white such as the "ribs" and most of the leg armor.

the rubber skin, does it eat the plastic like the rubber on the Ingram kits do?

@BikerTrashWolf, hmm... I have an original Unit 05 kit from 1997 and I don't notice any problems with the rubber...

I have heard rumers of unit 2 the beast being produced in testing stages...but I dont think it will happen, it would be incredibly difficult to produce it

@D3VENSTATION, I agree... the only way they could pull it off is with a "rubber suit" feature like the PG Eva Unit 01

Just out of curiosity vegeta, you ever thought of getting the Bandai VF kits from Macross Frontier? The VF-25 Messiah and its Armored/Super parts?

@rayne21x, thought about it... but the transformations are too complex for my tastes... I prefer the old VF-1's...
