hahaha, WOW this is the funniest forum i've seen. What is obvious to me is that people either love or hate the place which says something. If your a silly tourist, then you'll attract traps. If you come to PV looking for hamburgers and mcdonalds its there, but you might not enjoy it as much as where you come from. If your looking for real mexican culture, get beyond the Malecon shopping arcade and see whats out there.

..Nice town..we stayed down near the Malacon...great to get out and walk at night. Great fishing in the bay. Elizibeth Taylor bought a house up on the hill.

This is the voice of reason: usually people who write shit are full of it themselves. There is good and bad everywhere, l mean, even this video does not justice one way or the other, you could be on crappy Lirios street, a dirt road like in the slums anywhere, yet have a great view to the bay or to downtown. You could refer to the locals as rude, yet very few people here can be true locals, we who live here come from all walks of life from many cities, states, countries, continents... grow up!
