Upon initially installing Ubuntu 9.10 64 bit on my laptop my wireless is acting just a little off.

can i do that within ubuntu or should i just burn a disk?

@godofbeats Since you're going up 2 versions, I would back up your personal files to an external hard drive or some other external storage media and just do a clean install of 10.04.

mine is doing the same. i kept 9.04 did you ever get it fixd?

@godofbeats It eventually fixed itself, I've since upgraded to 10.04 which works flawlessly.
@gerowen so should i upgrade to 9.10 then another upgrade to 10.04?
@godofbeats If you can just go straight to 10.04, it's nice.
