Why did I end up with 3 copies of this Game? Because some versions contain a built in Famicom to Nes converter. Not all though, the PAL carts come with just a regular game board, as do some of the newer NTSC carts. The older NTSC carts actually come with this built-in converter and I happen to own one.

HA! I wish, I only take what I need and leave the rest up there. It's enough of a mess without CD-i littered all over the place ;)

Wow, I never knew that either. I need to look at my carts, I'm pretty sure I got a bunch with 5 screws. However, I also have a couple of NTSC carts, so it might just be those.

I think I only own one, some track meet game.
But they are reallt easy to spot yeah, It's more a case most sellers aren't aware they're more valuable and think there's onyl one type of NES game.

5 screw games are quite easy to spot in a stack of Nes titles. It's the ones that don't have the [] tabs [] visible next to the label edge that are used to hold the shells in place with two scews less.
I have to consider myself lucky as I do own quite a few 5 screw games as it turns out! Sweet!

Yeah, they're mostly titles released in 1985-1986 from Mattel themselves when they had distribution rights in Europe.
There's a few 5 and 3 screw versions of some games (3 screw ones are the revisions/re-releases) and to hardcore collectors, the 5 screw versions are a lot more saught after.
On eBay, they're worth around 25%-30% more than the 3 screw versions, but like I said, it's mainly for the hardcore collectors, most owners aren't even aware there's a difference.
