I Tracey, I am new to you tube. I just found your channel and videos. This blanket is beautiful and i find your instructions easy to follow. I believe you used the moss stitch for this blanket. If possible, can you tell me the brand of yarn you used for the off-white and grey yarn in the demo and what was your beginning chain and hook size? Thank You: jashford0512

This is a wonderful tutorial. What kind of yarn did you use for the 'off-white' color? It looks so thick and soft.. cuddly. I want to run to Michaels right now and buy 10 skeins...lol. Anyway, the blanket is beautiful! Thank you for the post.

What is the pattern you used for the afghan?

Thank you very much. I knew I wasn't going to have enough yarn for the very last row of edging with the contrast color; so I decided to make the shell row my last row, giving the blanket a scalloped edge. It turned out beautifully. I rounded out the corners with seven dc's. I can hardly wait to start the next one :)
I am on the edging portion. I didn't see anywhere what your instructions are when we get to the corners. How many dc's form the corner shells? They seem to be three at the beginning of this segment. I love your videos. The afghan is a big hit even before it's complete! :D

@mommyofcoquette as a general rule of thumb, I always put three stitches to "round" the corners.
