Flower essences are extracts primarily made from wildflowers or blossoms form bushes and trees anything that "flowers" like our common "weeds". They are not only made from them though and may also include gems,minerals, moon phases and forces of nature. All these various elixirs address emotional well-being, soul development, mind-body health just to mention a few things. One of their most prized contributions is that unlike "chemicals" pharmaceuticals and drugs which primarily speak and effect the physical body, flower essences and remedies are energetic in nature, non-toxic and completely safe to use. They promote change shifting the subtle bodies energy,and stimulating awareness, sometimes immediately often very gradually over time. Flower essences "resonate" imaging our bodies are a musical instrument, a stringed instrument....the "strings" of our individual instruments respond to the vibrational "notes" of the flowers/nature essences....reacting in a harmonious way when we're introduced or in the presence of the "Energetic Nature" song of the essences.
Working through the various subtle layers and bodies of the complex human energy field, essences can not only influence our spiritual, mental, emotional well being but also our physical well-being. They "grease the release" as a practitioner of my remedies likes to say!

@Aponi896 I would advise you that a Bach Therapist in the UK would understand that when our emotions are out of balance over a period of time it can cause a physical impact/illness in the body. Thus if you went to a practitioner or prescribed for yourself you think about which of your emotions are out of balance RIGHT NOW ie if you felt very jealous then Holly should be taken along with others-No remedies works on specific conditions although when you take in above manner affect general health.

Jeri I have a question is there a specific bach flower remedy for hypoglycemia, heart & thyroid issues?

Was told to buy a bach flower remedy spray an all in one but I'm wondering is there is a specific forumula for the issues I am going through now. Have no health insuarnce, very disciplined diet still having trouble thugh, not 1 doctor has been able to pin point my symptoms but I haven't been wrong pin pointing my issues. many thanks for any relief you could send my way advie wise.

@sheelajacks07 Hi. Loss of smell and taste is a classic marker for zinc deficiency. Guess what your body uses a lot of when you're sick. Zinc, of course. Find a good Zinc Picolinate supplement and take a a couple capsules with each meal. There is a liquid Zinc called Zinc Assay and if you take a spoonful and don't taste it, you need Zinc. If you've got plenty in your system, then it will taste bitter. Very interesting. Sunflower seeds are the best source of Zinc. Good luck. Take care

There are obviously helpful and unhelpful energies - ever experienced bad vibes, Man? :) If you never have, then feel free to completely ignore me and all forms of hi tension line induced carcinoma. I might add, its true theres no practical instrument for measuring the effects of flower remedies but let me ask you this - if they are a placebo as you may be thinking, then why do they have a quantifiable effect on animals?
