Traditional charcoal spits are time consuming, cumbersome, lack consistency and often result in burnt or under cooked meats. PigOuts' Roaster and Outdoor Cooking Center is clean, portable and fully automated, providing hassle free roasting for professional Chefs, caterers and bbq enthusiasts. The unique design of the roaster allows you to cook a variety of meats in the temperature controlled rotisserie oven and then carve or serve your meat directly on the roaster, cutting down on time, mess and hassle. Fuel efficient burners slash cooking times, roast a 60lb pig in 3 hours, a 100lb pig in 5 hours or roast up to 160lb of beef or pork using less than 20lb of propane. The pig roaster converts into a smoker, rotisserie, barbecue or 4 deep pan steam table, The 10" all terrain pneumatic tires go anywhere offering great solutions to the problems of outdoor event catering.

  • Just completely amazed that you claimed that you invented this. You copied and at best optimized designs available for the past 10 years (if not more) in the UK.

  • @2chrisreilly Hi Chris, Yes I did help devlope this 12 odd years ago. Moved here and re worked out a great deal of flaws. I didn't invent the wheel just put it along with other things to better use, ours is the high end of spit roasters oh and they work very well time and again!
