  • 01:51 washing clothes in the river, yeah

  • 1;23 is that taylor lautner? So thats how he got so toned.

  • hung gar(tiger crane) and mantis are unique styles.

  • Oh. I don't think it's just any traditions with the tea drinking.

  • I don't think dharma came up with the animal style. Dharma talk the early monks indian martial art.

  • are the shaolin qigong techniques practical? like the iron body that allows you to endure spear piercings. it's pretty cool i wonder how it'll fare in a real fight

  • 5:55 $800 a year board, loggings AND kung fu training? holy crap

  • If you do it right, you'll be pulling flesh off and also seperating the muscle under the flesh from the bone as well. I heard about a monk who had been doing it long enough that he practiced on a tree and eventually was able to rip the bark right off the trunk with his tiger claw strike

  • @SpetsnazCreed lol fail. Its properly called Gung Fu by Chinese people. Western slang calls it Kung Fu. Its not an inferior less used term. I know this because I am Chinese and I practice martial arts.
