are the shaolin qigong techniques practical? like the iron body that allows you to endure spear piercings. it's pretty cool i wonder how it'll fare in a real fight

If you do it right, you'll be pulling flesh off and also seperating the muscle under the flesh from the bone as well. I heard about a monk who had been doing it long enough that he practiced on a tree and eventually was able to rip the bark right off the trunk with his tiger claw strike

@SpetsnazCreed lol fail. Its properly called Gung Fu by Chinese people. Western slang calls it Kung Fu. Its not an inferior less used term. I know this because I am Chinese and I practice martial arts.
These 2 guys are a joke. These "shoalin" have no dharma and they can not use the gungfu they train...
