Ok this is mildly amusing but it's also kind of stupid to swallow this as fact (they way it is presented). Anyone could construe that garbled incoherent cacophony as pretty much whatever they choose or think that they can hear. Adding the text to accompany it just assists the subconscious effect of what is essentially gibberish. I put it to you that these words don't come from obama's sub-concious - but rather from the mind of the uploader himself. Curious wee novelty tho but mostly just lame...
