Well you do suit the bob rhonda very much i must say. If you wanted a change id go shorter again at the back and cut /shaped round your ears that would look lovely on you too.

I think he is saying have it cut really short, around the ears. Like a boys style haircut. it would look good on you, if you are interested in going short short.

In am going to show you a few ideas.. Just give me a couple of days. You have very pretty hair. I think it would look wonderful stacked in the back and left longer in the front with any bangs pushed into the rest of the hair for lack of a better word.
