  • @TheLIGHTinMYwindow We are in Federal Court. You would think that the Defendants would want to settle when you consider the evidence.

  • gmac scammed everyone that took a loan. all i can get on the phone is a phillipine phone center. they put a property management company into my home to winterize when i left and they destroyed the plumbing causing water damage to the ceilings, woodwork and restored hardwood floors. if i forged a signature i would be in jail! my home will be sold at auction on march13th. the are frauds, thiefs and liars trying to cover their asses!!!! LET THEM TRY TO SUE ME FOR SLANDER!!!

  • ...same message. Finally I got a different message on my last call saying that the department was closed and wouldn't be open till Monday.

I am wondering, were we purposely prevented from making a payment so that they can further collection procedures, or demand payment of the entire mortgage in full? Is this legal?

  • I am wondering about GMAC. On Friday someone called and said that we needed to make a payment. The agent proceeded to insult us and accuse us of not intending to pay our bill. After calming down, on Saturday 31st. we attempted to make the payment for December, only to be transferred to a number saying that, "due to special circumstances we cannot answer your call at this time, please call back at a later time". I called back several times, seven or eight at least & was transferred to this...

  • i worked there loss mit and loan resolution were the same dept

  • long story short adn two more loan mods..and loan past 160,000, a a 50,000 in increase in five years..and we will walk away..it is too much!

  • We also did a loan modification...the loan went from 110,000 to 160,000 in three years. One reason the first mod had payment of 1010, after signing the documents...GMAc sent a late notice the same month saying the payment has changed form 1010 to 1434.00 so for the first month we were already behind! and late, you know what that is an extra 400 dollars we did not have so ther is where it began. The increase of the payment that we agreed on a lay-off had the loan going back into behind..cont.

  • Notice she said she doesnt have the contract.Well that maybe something to your advantage.I would make them produce the original wet ink contract and not a copy of it.If they cant prove they have it they have no right to collect on the Note.So that would get you on a start to get your house back and in some cases free and clear. They already collected on the insurance for you going into default. So they can not collect payment on the same property twice.

  • This video and the audio recording is simply a shame, a shame Please take legal means against these crooks I have GMAC myself. I asked for a loan modfiication documents, simply the documents only....the phone representative told me I don't qualify and that's without any paperwork in front of her of ANY SORT. They are want to discourage you from the very start. The legal department, that handles the foreclosure, and the loan modification department and the loss resolution, don't talk to each

  • They been trying to get my dad for months. Told him he should refi to lower his payments. Told him he need to get 3 months behind to be eligible though. haha

Luckily, the house is worth 4 times than what's owed. Just sold to another bank...
