Sewer is draining from second floor, toilet, sink and shower. The leak mostly occurs when the toilet is flushed. Does this look like it is installed to code and would it be covered under a builder defect?

  • @MissionRubberCompany your a pencil pusher arent ya

  • @MissionRubberCompany it really dont mean its bogus .. its called product defect

that even applies to wrong materials used as well as the install ..however , i f i had to make those bands work , i could

  • wrong bands !!

  • looks fine to me

  • that could be a problem

  • This video is BOGUS!!!

    Here's why:

    1. The couplings pictured are incorrect couplings. They are designed for Cast iron x Schedule 40. What is documented is Sch 40 x sch 40. The coupling is designed for a different diameter pipe/fitting. Wrong product for the connection...

    2. the pipe/fittings are covered in cement , dirt, etc. A clean surface is needed.

3.The coupling pictured is crooked. Pipe cut poorly?

    4. I bet that the clamps are not tightened to 60 in #s or at all.

    Try again guys in MI!

  • u have one crappy sewer connection. Get it fixed dude.
