If the High crime rate was being carried out by any other group we would be marching on the street demanding it to stop and would be having discussions about it but because it's be carried out by blacks,most people don't want to be accused of racism so they choose not to talk about it. Blacks have the highest crime rate in the U.S but America chooses to ignore it cause they don't want to start a race war.
