For some reason i am getting really annoyed when he say niche wrong.
He ignores the "e" on the end for some reason.
It's pronounced "neesh".

I know this video is dated and the information is still good but there are a few other things to consider. You have to do more keyword research than just going to google and stripping the keywords you find. you need to know how easy or hard it will be to rank for that keyword, is it a buying keyword? in other words whats going through the searchers mind when he types this word into google, is he looking to purchase or looking for information? big differance!
