Jason Donovan then star of "Neighbours" would appear from time to time on "The Early Bird Show", a Childrens TV Show hosted by former lead singer of The Zoot, Darryl Cotton.
On this clip the lads team up to sing the Starship hit "We Built This City".
A number of stars from Neighbours bobbed up on the Early Bird Show including Craig McLaughlin, Guy Pearce, Peter O'Brien,Kylie Minogue, Dannii Minogue & Tina Arena from Young Talent Time and who can forget the other star of the Early Bird show, Marty Monster and his tangle with Rags the Kangaroo, footage of which was shown around the world

I turned down an autograph from the singer Darryl Cotton, he asked if I wanted one... I said 'Nah thanks'.. I bet he gets that a lot...

2 Josephs together . Saw Darryl as Joseph at the Theatre Royal in Sydney in the 80's. Would have loved to have seen Jason in London. I think he would have been an amazing Joseph.
