1: No. Electrocute, by definition, means death via electric shock.
2: The amount needed to kill a human being is just "a couple milliamps" across the heart.
3: Lightning does not travel at the speed of light, lol! This should be painfully obvious! Lightning is plasma, a state of MATTER... which cannot travel the speed of light because it has mass. A quick search says the typical lightning bolt travels about 3700 miles per second.

Planes are Designed to withstand this, Lightning wants to reach the ground, So when it hits a plane it basically goes "LOLNOFUCKYOU" and goes to the back of the plane and discharges to the ground, Everyone on board is horribly electrocuted, For just over one billionth of a second, not long enough to cause anything bad.
