@conduclight For some of the other games, I suppose that they'd just give you an idea of what the player is capable (or not) of doing. And then, of course, there's Gradius. The Vic Viper's been through a lot of games, and is pretty much a legend, but only one game mentioned its combat specs. To some of us Gradius lovers, it makes us happy, and is a mark of respect, of sorts. Also, if you've played Zone Of The Enders: The Second Runner, nothing beats experimenting with the weapons, IMHO. ^_~

Have you heard of a freeware PC game called La-Mulana? You should check it out, it's basically one huge tribute to Konami's MSX games, with gameplay very similar to Knightmare II: Maze of Galious. Hell, the intro even has a "Kobami" logo.

@IYellalot Yes i have, and i played it, and it was GREAT ! 2 Japanese fans made this game back in 2005 ,and now made a remake for the Nintendo Wii.

@rickonami I understand. Gradius IV was kinda bland. I agree Gradius V is awesome! Gradius IV was the only remaining one I could think of with an intro needing some HD love... 😍
Wait, how about Gradius 2 (MSX)'s intro? 😃

@gjtrue Yeah , ur right, Though they already added 2 OC intro MIX right before the MENU title, now that was awesome. But i see if i have the stomach to do a short remake for the Gradius 4. And yes , im thinking allot for the Gradius/Nemesis 2 intro.

@gjtrue Well. im not sure if i want to ? Coz Gradius 4 is still not old-nostalgic , infact i didn't like this game that much, HOWEVER Gradius 5 ROCKED !
