@deansusky You know, I look back on all of that & smile in many ways 'cos it was really very tribal in many ways; I don't laugh at peace demonstrations, I would still go to them like against Australia's involvement in the Iraq War - in my conservative old age, not against all military action by definition. But the whole anger thing I think that was a part - only a part - of punk was a reaction to the apathy things sink into, how many ex-hippies work on Madison Avenue? Acid - good training!

@deansusky I sincerely wish I didn't have to agree, my friend. Let us hope a few of them get together & put something a little more imaginative than IDM out - not that i don't like some of that, but there is a sameness, a lack of daring somewhere? Are we just getting old? But then, we are saying they are tame. Our parents complained of opposite tendencies lol
