Game - Final Fantasy X
Song - Challenge
Composer - Masashi Hamauzu

Notes: Such an amazing and powerful song... it's just hard to describe.

Welcome to the Top 100 RPG Battle Themes playlist. This is a representation of the 100 best songs spanning my gaming history of RPG's. Some of these games, I haven't played, others I have spent countless hours on, but the music has stuck with me for whatever reason. I have tried my best to not have too many from one game or series.

This list was updated in April 2011.

  • @Gakusangi FFX was made by Squaresoft. so no Enix was apart of this master piece :)

  • @SupahNerd that battle made me have to restart my entire game, fuck yunalesca

  • Definitely still one of the most awesome battle themes to come outta the series. It's got such a new-age twist on it by breaking away from a lot of the classically themed RPG's, Enix can always kick out an great soundtrack.

  • how i was like on her first form "meh will be easy"

then she went to the second form i wasl ike "ooookayyy?"

then the third form with that head popping out of the ground and she sitting on it i was like "O_O what the hell is that?!"

  • Seymour Flux! and Gui and Yunalesca.

  • @SupahNerd your not alone

  • @SupahNerd lol that battle to me was hilarious

i just bought a bunch of ethers and spammed yunas Holy spell

  • I hate Mega Death...

  • And finally, the PS2 Final Fantasy wonderchild.

The Final Fantasy to re-hook the mainstream market, FFX. There is nothing I can say about it that hasn't been said, good or bad.

I will say though. I had more fun with Blitzball then the game, still, FFX is good, it's just I found Blitzball to be pretty damn fun of a mini-game.
