Thats such an awesome accomplishment I'm doing my first sprint tri at the end of april and I'm so excited, just wondering what were the distances for all the events in this race? all of them tend to be a little different. Anyways thought you did really well keep up the good work

Thanks for the compliment. The swim was 1/4 mile, the bike was 9 mile and run 3 mile. I wish the swim would have been better coming from a background of never swimming.

Ah wicked. My first tri is next week. I did my first open water swim today and i'm so pumped now! :) 2 weeks ago i couldn't even swim 2 lengths of the pool!
