Note the majority of the police chargers are V6, not Hemi's. Unlike the regular Charger V6, the police V6 comes with dual exhaust.

This Charger has the V8 Hemi.

I have yet to see a police package V6 with dual exhaust.

@AttPro This is where I'm totally baffled because weeks ago I ran into this cop friend of mine whom I no longer see. We were both at the gas station. His Charger was white and had dual exhaust. I automatically thought it was a hemi but I noticed it said 3.5L on the side of the door. I complimented him on it and asked him if he had magnaflow and he told me he had no idea and that it was his work (unmarked patrol) car.

@alundborg I see them all the time. They have the 3.5L badge and I always look for the rear end and they all have dual exhaust. A friend of mine has a white unmarked 3.5L with dual exhaust. Plus I thought the R/T's all had the chrome grill?

These cars are sick. The ones here in Ct are bad ass. They have the unmarked cars with the low profile lights that you just can't see until they pull u.
