Clay had got there first and walked the red carpet on his own for photos and interviews. He was asked to wait and pose for a few pictures with Tyra since he was presenting the award to her. That is why he didn't stay after the pictures of the two of them were taken.
He doesn't try to hog the spotlight like some other celebrities do.

Clay was, I believe, asked to present the award to Tyra. They are obviously really good friends. Get a LIFE, people! People who bad-mouth others are just trying to make themselves feel better. Try focusing on making your own life about making a positive difference. Negativity is toxic to the person who indulges in it!

Oh my...Just love Clay and Tyra. They look so good together. You can just tell they are the best of friends. Bravo to both of them...for all the good they do.
