Jason Lewis rips Willmar, Minnesota!

In PIPESTONE, MN - the Wind Power Company is ELIMINATING 70 jobs in the Summer of 2009 + another possible 90 jobs in September, while the City of WILLMAR, MN decides to put up 2 New Wind Turbines which will only provide 3% of it's energy. Uh...? - Huh?

Wow! This guy did NOT do his homework. He doesn't know what wind facilities are called ('wind turbines', NOT "windmills" -- this isn't 19th century Holland), how much they cost (about $2m each) or what alternative energy is about (not killing living things). He mentions "wind" job losses in Pipestone but doesn't know that a blade manufacturing facility wisely took short-term layoffs while wind project finance rules were re-written. My $21k Prius, @162k miles w/no problems has saved me a LOT.
