faith was shocked losing against a no talent.

@johny4304, of all the times she's been nominated and lost awards and all the years she's been around, she does this once and people automatically think its for real? What else has she done to make one jump to that conclusion?
-
@lf1234 it was for real, the act of it as a joke was just damage control because as anyone can tell, Faith is a c.unt. who does that as a joke?

How could anyone look at this and think that it was for real? I really thought the people who lived in my country were smarter than that.

damn.. kathy griffin was right
JeffLynn, I know exactly what you're saying. It seems Carrie got there much easier than the other ladies. But after awhile, I realized that fans had spoken. And even though she went to the top fairly quickly, she still seems very down to earth.

I was just as surprised as Faith Hill that Carrie won this. The best new artist doesn't usually win the same time as best vocalist (It's the same as if Darius Rucker had won 'Top Vocalist' this year, over Brad Paisely). In country music people never rose to the top so quick like Carrie, without putting in a few years at least. Come on, Martina McBride who I think is possibly the very best singer, didn't even win top vocalist for several years. I don't think much of country award shows anymore.
