Props on this shit. I'm watching this on my CRT desktop computer while running up and down the stairs to while taking off the door panel, very helpful!. It's hot outside so I'm sweating like a dog in a Chinese restaurant. Thanks.

I have a e38 1999 740il with side airbags,,whats your suggestion on deactivating the door airbags?? im tryng to replace the window motor and scared it might set the bag off

@nighttrain334 Due to liability reasons we must urge you to always be very careful and proceed at your own risk. We can't guarantee the airbag won't discharge, BUT we have never had one discharge simply by turning the car off and unplugging it. That's what they do at the BMW dealership. Shouldn't be an issue.

Hi, this is a great video. Thanks for the information. I have purchased the lower door electronic light which has two contacts. How can I tell which is the negative and which is the positive? The light looks like the one you are removing at 1:18 or so... I can't tell which side of the plug is the positive or which is the negative. Any help would be appreciated.
