Fair point, but can you refute the rest of the evidence showing this to be a fabrication? Especially taken with the other bits of footage that are even more clearly contrived, the case is pretty damning.

It is claimed by PJTV that gunmen were firing at Israeli troops from behind the father and son. The evidence which PJTV provides is laughable. At 1.33, no boy can be seen; there is only an arrow telling us that a boy is there. Also the object which the father and son are supposedly hiding behind is clearly a different colour to that present in the real footage. PJTV condemn a man for manipulating the event, implying that he is a liar, when in fact this is exactly what PJTV themselves have done.
