Astrology of a Specially Gifted Child

This is the chart of a young toddler friend of mine.There was a concern about him due to delayed speech. However, when met him, I noticed that he was attentive and spunky. Let's look at his chart.
His rising sign is Sagittarius (vedic) with his Moon at 17 degrees 8 minutes
Capricorn. In this pada, the native is described as "having material success". Immediately you can see a fortunate full Moon in his chart and the ruler of the Ascendant, Jupiter, in his 9th house of luck. Jupiter itself is fairly well placed, nearly exalted. He is presently in a Moon period (2004-2009), followed by a 7 yr Mars period. Now Mars is nearly debilitated, however, it is conjunct Jupiter and Mercury which are together throwing their aspect on the Ascendant. You will also notice that debilitated Saturn is aspecting Venus which is in the 7th position from the Ascendant. So, you see that these 5 planets together are throwing their aspect on the Ascendant, indicating a highly unusual and gifted child, possibly one with managerial, political and charismatic talents.
Since debilitated Saturn is aspecting Venus, this would indicate the medical problems that he has already faced.
However, being lucky, his mother has already solved that difficulty, by having seen by the Chief of Otolaryngology, so that his eardrums are no longer blocked, and the hearing impediment to his acquisition of speech has been repaired.
However, in the 12th divisional chart Saturn is also aspecting both the Sun and Venus indicating possibly a chronic illness, possibly prostate.
The following major period is the 18 year Rahu period (2016-2034). Rahu is in Aries and the ruler, Mars, as I said, is not well placed. However, Rahu itself is strong, so we could expect that there will be significant achievements during this period. Since his personal number is 17/8, (an executive, power number) and he will be a significant and powerful person.
The next period, Jupiter, (2034-2050) is, of course his luckiest and most fortunate period, since Jupiter is the ruler of the Ascendant and is in the 9th house of luck.
So this is the chart of a very gifted child, albeit with some chronic medical problems.
