The Karen Hill Tribe group set up a rhythm with the bamboo poles. Amusingly enough, the rhythm was similar to "We will rock you!" The poles were hit together to make the rhythm. The "dancers" had to step inside squares formed by the bamboo poles and step out of the squares before the poles were snapped together.

  • Thanks for the comment fabianfred537. The Karen and Hmong perform similar style bamboo dances, but this particular group are Hmong.
