A quick and easy run from Granite Citadel to Mineral Springs.
By using this method you can run anywhere you want. Let your hero run to the next portal and use Unyielding Aura to teleport yourself over there. Why there aren't any mobs? Mobs don't spawn until you would be able to see them on your compass so by letting your hero run you don't get any monster spawns besides the initial ones at the start.

Does this still work? Whenever I try ending the Unyielding Aura enchantment by double clicking on it, nothing happens so I can't get myself rezzed and teleported.

You have to click on yourself so you see everything from your view and then let you are able to end it.
