Ya, they agreed to pay reperations, so they could end the sanctions. Here in the USA, we don't think about the ramifications of sanctions; we look at it as a cleaner option to war. In reality all we are doing is skipping our bloodshed and going straight to the genocide part. Starvation, economic depression, and lawlessness usually follow. Gaddafi wanted to end the sanctions to open up trade. It's not so much an admission of guilt as it was a turning of the page.

It's funny how a case that is entirely circumstantial that points to them is dismissed as tinfoil conspiracy BS, yet when they have a far less convincing circumstantial case, it's an air-tight certainty. It must be magic to be an FBI agent as you can magically take evidence and either give it veracity or bury it. I mean, they can't be lying, so it must be their magic badge power...yup, magik.

@parttimelaver Did you not even watch the video you brainwashed fool? Lybia "accepted responsibility" to STOP the sanctions" ... it means NOTHING!!! If you were being tortured (or starved by "sanctions" and all you had to do to stop it was to "admit responsibility" for something ... WOULD YOU???
