  • Black Thought is a sick lyricist no doubt about it but I still think Nas Is Like is still iller. Both EMCEES are just phenomenal. The entire Roots catalog and Nas' catalog trumps anything on the radio today, PERIOD!

  • Noone in the WORLD. The UNIVERSE. Could touch this track like Nas did. And I'm not on no Nas dick rider shit. Shit is just impossible. But thought came damn close..still the most underrated rapper in the game..

  • thought is way iller than nas. I rate how a guy can rap live and do a freestyle all the way through without pausing or making the audience fill in verses for them and only thought and a few other can do that, nas cant.

  • The ILLEST! 215 ALLDAY!

  • @Jagspear oh had no idea, never really got into their music. Thanks for the information :)

  • @hunterdwarf0 he is the lead mc of the roots

  • @MrJazzHOP Well I think when it comes to story telling, & taking a concept from a beginning and just killing it with an explosive ending, Nas is probably THE BEST at that. That's his strength & I think at that type of verse-writing, he is #1,but Nas' weakness is his normal verses when he's just going bar-for-bar. Black Thought and many other MC's are better when it comes to that. All the top 10/20 MC's got their strengths and when they're in their prime, they're all untouchable in their own way.

  • Would someone please explain to me why I see a RICK ROSS video in the suggestions? YouTube, what the hell is the matter with you? Get that garbage out of my sight!

  • nas and thought.... easily top 5 ever to do it

  • Kato, 808, and my rhymes: The Green Hornet....dope opening hahaha

  • Cats go on about Nas like he's untouchable & impervious to other brothers who spit! Not me! Rakim's 18th Letter album was superior in many respects, and if you're a real Hip-Hop head you'll agree that Black Thought is much more diverse than Nas - just more witty, dense and lyrically limber!

  • @killlilwayne I think a question of the most underrated is a matter of preference..and in that case, thought is still that nigga to me.
