  • this is really great! i loved "i should tell you" it was sooo beautiful! vanessa was so much better then on friday!

  • I noticed that people have been comparing Vanessa & Aaron's performances together with the other actors that have portrayed Mimi & Roger in past productions & mention their chemistry. I have to say, I had no idea who Aaron Tveit was prior to watching him now as Roger, and he & Vanessa surprisingly have amazing chemistry. And for someone who may not be as seasoned as the other performers in this production of Rent, I think Vanessa definitely held her own. I'm loving Aaron Tveit - I'm now a fan!

  • i love aaron but hes no rocker. rogers supposed to be a rocker. vanessa seems too innocent to me though shes a LOT better than i was expecting to hear. they actually both did better than i was expecting.

  • i just love everything aaron does !

  • Aaron doesn't have that rock star beer roughness in his voice Roger requires.

    I adore him though.

  • @funfunnyfunner I've seen it done it both ways in the musical. I guess usual wasn't the right word, but I find it more effective when they come back inside.

  • @dancethrulife1 In the musical they actually don't rejoin the company...they go outside to makeout....Mimi only sings that extra solo in the movie

  • "I Should Tell You" was the song I've been dying to hear Aaron sing because it suits his voice the best. I kind of hate how they didn't join the company again for La Vie Boheme B. Mimi didn't get her usual solo.
