Tis video is excellent. I practice JKA karateand i hope to get to that age with that technique. For the friend of swearing, you know nothing about Karate or respect or nothing like it. Would be a lot of fun to face you in a tournament. I would be happy to teach you some manners....

i know i m not a good fighter/martial artist, but i practice judo, karate, boxing since i was in middle school and i have participated in not less than 100 competitions until now.

what i have learn from these martial arts/sport is not only the skills but also the sportsmanship and how to respect the other martial artists.

so please take my free advice: stop learn fighting from the internet and start doing a REAL martial art:)
