SOmehow daddy washing cloth diapers on the floor seems good when you think that less chemicals are coming in contact with your childrens reproductive organs and they wont end up sitting in some landfill for the next eight hundred years....

The problem is that diapers that are technically biodegradable, such as Ecobaby diapers, require both light and air to actually breakdown. Landfill waste gets neither light nor air, so according to the California Waste Management Board, biodegradable diapers offer no advantage over regular disposable diapers in a landfill.

Ok,
Immm,
I vote we re-think the whole "Lets wash the dirty diapers by hand on the floor" idea.
One word, "Pampers"
They are better for the environment,
(They are biodegradable and dont require water use after each , umm filling)
and are a lot better on the skin over the long haul
At this point, we've gone on to Seventh Generation because the ammonia in the air was reaching toxic levels.
