I agree a great rendition. often non-Scots singing Scottish songs can make Scots cringe a bit as the put on accents can be atrocious. (as I'm sure are Brits doing American songs) but this sounds just quite natural. And accents aside it is just really well done

Thank you so much.... just Kevin Tyler from Fenton, Michigan. Conor Savage is my "faire name" at The Michigan Renaissance Festival..... I also learned this tune from Dougie MacLean and my arrangement has elements similar to his. Again, thank you.

hmmm, a bit of home work needs done, bobe burns worked so hard on this song he musta done at least 5 versions that i know for diferent pubs and occasions, from sweet to pornographic

That is interesting to be sure, but I can't be arsed including everything known about a particular song. I like this version best of any I have heard so far.
