Heres me just showing off some of the games combat features in the first town of the game. I didn't want to spoil the game for anyone so I picked here. Its mostly using VATs and I just kill everyone in the town.

oh yea fallout 3 is weird with headshots, i played this at my frends house and i got a headshot on a feral ghoul n its arms fell off with him. Pretty creepy

I always hated the fact that Weapons that use Bullets Can take limbs off and decapitate people. Does not make since for it to do that.
