whites did not just go in and grab them some blacks where sold by other tribes and today there are children slaves and there not owen by white pope there other countries that use kids as slaves so white people not the only ones to own slaves.

As for the justice system, back in the day I would absolutly they favored whites over blacks. Now adays though it's hard to convict ANYONE without race being a factor. People use race as their scapegoat. "You're blaming me cause i'm black or mexican or asian ETC..." People use it freely now as an escape and it usually works. So no I don't feel bad for the blacks now because I feel they've got it just as good or bad as any other race, including whites.

I did not say get over racism, I said get over slavery. Racism, unfortunatly, will always be a part of life but that's just the way it is. It's not right and it sucks but ignorant people swarm the planet and that's just how it is. But continuosly blaming the white race is not right either. That is racism too. I don't know what school you went to/go to but in my school we learn about black people all the time and they are honored and appreciated just as much as the whites.

The ultimate objective of a white man is to exploit those who are underprivileged and those who are at peace. Just look at what happened to the natives before black slavery came along.

@hinatafan1001 black people today cannot get over racism not because of slavery, but because they are STILL being oppressed by white people today. Every form of communication (ex. media and school) has described black people as an inferior race. Every form of justice system has favored a white criminal over a black criminal.

all people thats interested in slavery should read the book 'how the irish became white by noel ignatiev' and irish people were treated like slaves by the british for 800s in there own country some of the biggest and poorest slums in europe were in dublin were 100,000 of irish catholic lived while the brits lived in the luxury parts of dublin. the slums were so bad 1000s of kids died from starvation or diseases google dublin tenements and watch a movie called angelas ashes.
