@BLOOD1MONEY Depends on the black person. Some will bust a fool for saying either regardless of intended meaning. XD It's such an annoying word with so many usage rules, I'm glad I'm black. I don't have to care, lol! The best part is all the languages with words that sound like "nigga" but don't mean "nigga". In Russian "black person" sounds like "nigger", but it isn't a racial slur. It's just bad choice of phonetics cause I'm sure it will get a Russian punched out just as quick. XD
