I´m portuguese and i think italy is a good team, but they played really bad in the final of 2006 against france, while we portugal lost 1-0 becaus of a penalty and still we made so many atacks that the french didn´t remember that they were winning.

if buffon didn´t played at the final, france could have won

I'm portuguese but I always liked italian players. Baresi, Baggio, Maldini, Vieri, Coco, Panucci, Del Piero, Inzaghi, Ambrosini, Totti, Pirlo, etc.

I was really happy when Italy won the world cup in 2006 despite I dislike Cannavaro, Materazzi or Toni. (I no longer support the portuguese squad because of the brazilian players)
