Another great one. Why is it taking so long to get everyone on board and aware. Frustrating to watch what companies like Monsanto are doing to our health and planet. Could you explain a little more in regard to the pectin in canning and what occurs with the liberation of the methanol, as in how that effects us.

Thank you for all the information. I must be honest sometimes I find it tedious to watch because I have to see the video twice to truly undestand what is being said, but I have children and I am trying to change our way of eating. It is not easy to get other people involved because the media is so much more stronger and people are just lazy (including myself at times) I am trying and this videos make it much "easier" for me. I voted yes on 37, sad to see it die but thanks for everything :)

And more on the Aspartame would be useful. (28 years ago one of my friends suffered brutal headaches linked to Aspartame and I have always refused anything with it in. An exec of company "X" once told his own parents to never, ever touch the damn stuff, go figure and that was more than 25 years ago and yet we still are consuming Aspartame as "food".
