I know already that the HIV test doesnt show if one is infected (with what ever) or not, but I have a question : if a healthy woman (no drug addict) has sex with her so called HIV positive husband, would her HIVtest also shows "positive" (while it definitely shown "HIVnegative" before she had sex with her so called "HIV positive " husband ?

As far as I know there is no clear scientific evidence for sexual transmission of "HIV positivity" in regular straight couples.

Google "HIV is More Difficult to Transmit than Most STDs Dr. Nancy Padian, from her 10-Year Study" for some relevant interesting information.
