  • Human can digest solid iron. You only get iron poisonning over 200 mg (caused usually by iron tablets).

The acid in your stomach turns iron to ferric ions, usable and disposable by the body.

Fortifying food with this kind of method is common in the industry (the bread is most likely fortified the same way)

The way I see it, this guy is trying to sell his magazine (which he nicely plugs at the beginning of the video).

  • @04MikeB The way I see it, our body need minerals in colloidal form to benefit from it.

If the "pieces" are bigger than atom size, they have a nature of "clustering". (as seen in the venes and ateries), Try the same test on bio-dynamic flakes and ask yourself which ones are able to digest and get the whole benefit from.

  • @Nsteinn haha, I wouldn't take iron from grinding, it would probably be full of dust, oils and dirts :P

They use more sophisticated technics like water atomisation (jets of water on molten iron causing small explosions in a sealed chamber). You get high purity and very fine particles.

  • @04MikeB Haha!! so lets get a grinder and an old bicycle for an efficient cure for iron deficiency.

  • @lezhotty83 Humans cannot digest metal. Metallic fillings would give you no nutritional value and is probably toxic.

  • I do want to say im not doubting you I guess find it very interesting, to finially see someone calling themselves a doctor and allowing little secrets out in the open :).

  • what makes this metal different than the real thing? Cause from what I have gotten from this video is that this isnt a proper good thing in cereal. Please im a lady that loves to be further educated on these enriched foods we have these days. SO my next would be does that mean that enriched breads, and enriched flours are yet another thing I would be able to find these filings in?

  • Awesome job on the demo! Looks like one more way big gov / illuminati pretends to help us while doing the opposite. Investigate 'milk', food stored in plastic/ aluminum, and how tomatoes contain the poison chemical Solanine.
