Right to Work Laws Are Bad for America!

Right to Work - The propaganda of supporters of so-called "Right-to-Work" laws is finally put in its proper context. Right-to-Work laws are nothing more than a scam designed to lower wages and benefits for all workers so that corporate fat-cats can increase profits and bonuses.

Since 1947, "Right-to-Work" laws have driven down wages and benefits for all workers in each state in which the law has been enacted. Americans have a right to increase their standard of living, not have corporate fat-cats decrease it to line their own pockets.

"Right-to-Work" laws are bad for workers and they're bad for America! Say "NO" to Right-to-Work!

The second my husband became a boilermaker our quality of life has been so much better. Those who "are content "with nothing would not understand what it's like to live better just for standing for something besides "welcome to Costco I love you"

I live and work in Texas which is a right to work state. It is awful. I am college educated and work for a fortune 500 in a year it's making historic profit. Due to right to work laws the company decided it was paying the employees too much at $26.00 per hour and forced us (or we would be fired) to have our pay lowered to $13 per hour. We have no benefits, sick time, vacation, and are routinely forced to work on our 6 & 7 day with no OT. We are routinely mistreated.

I can see why you're likely a liberal, as you can't understand simple economics that business leaders grasp, which is likely why you support stealing money rather than earning it honestly. Theres a reason the cost of living is much cheaper here in the south than in those big corrupt union states where they drive up costs.

Also, you're high if you think driving down wages drives down profits. Unfortunately, your beloved capitalism doesn't work that way. Wages drop, prices don't, and profit margins increase for your fat-cat buddies at the top.
