I use to work for America Online in the Jacksonville, Florida Call Center doing Retention, just like what this AOL Employee was doing. The "Saves" people get a commission if the AOL Member stays with America Online for 90 days after they call to Cancel. So we were trained to try to entice and keep member with America Online with Free Months, and showing the members the benefits of staying with America Online. But the Jacksonville Call Center was closed up in 2005, and went to India.
